Our Values, in Practice
Monita's four values are the ones on our About page, and they are meant to settle real arguments rather than decorate a wall.
Empathy
first
We begin with the person, not the condition. That applies to colleagues as well as to the people we serve.
Clinical excellence
Evidence-based, clinically reviewed and responsibly communicated. A piece of work that is late is better than a piece of work that is unreviewed.
Family centred
Mental health is shaped by the people around us. So is a good place to work.
Cultural resonance
Language, family, faith, privacy and social context are considered from the beginning, in what we publish and in how we treat each other.
We are a small, senior, bilingual team working across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC and the UK. Roles will be a mix of on-site and remote. Our people function is led by a Chief People Officer whose background is in wellbeing, inclusion and trauma-informed practice in healthcare organisations, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to as an employer.
