Who We Are
Monita has launched as a free digital sanctuary for your mental wellbeing with clinical services coming in 2027. We felt it the people of the GCC needed help now and have provided a sanctuary to support your mental health and wellbeing. Every article, tool and course is written and reviewed by UK-trained clinicians, written natively in Arabic and English, and shaped for family, faith and everyday life in the Gulf. We help you understand what you're experiencing, give you practical tools that fit your day — and we're honest about the moment when talking to a professional helps more.

Your Journey with Monita
There is no single way to care for your mental health.
Some people come to Monita looking for answers. Others want practical tools, space to learn at their own pace, or support from a professional. Wherever you are starting from, Monita helps you find a clearer next step without pressure to have everything figured out.

Find the support that feels right
Sometimes understanding is enough. When you’re ready for more, Monita clearly explains the professional support available and how to access it including when self-help may not be enough.

04
Keep coming back to what supports you
Your needs may change over time. Return to Monita whenever you need guidance, learning, or further support. Find new ways to support your wellbeing as you grow.
Our social impact

At Monita, social impact is part of why we exist. We make trusted, clinician-reviewed mental health support available free, in Arabic and English, and we are building partnerships with schools, workplaces and community organisations that reach people before Monita does. As partnerships are confirmed we will name them here.
